Hello My name is Cali and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.  My passion for health and fitness comes from a place of understanding. I know what it feels like to be uncomfortable in your body and to be unhappy with the image in the mirror. I have religiously checked the scales, did the stupid fad diets, and made those same exercise mistakes that lead to nothing but a worn out and undernourished version of myself. Long story short, I have learned what does not work.  I honestly believe my own experiences allow me to identify similar traits in others - they allow me to empathize better, and they also make it harder for me to be manipulated. My approach to training is one that incorporates cardiovascular and strength training, and my sessions are fun, challenging, and efficient with an emphasis on proper form and mobility.

I got certified to be a personal trainer because my thought was that if I could be the voice of reason for someone else the way I wish I had heard that voice, then I know I can make a difference! I want to be a part of YOUR growth process and help YOU realize things about yourself, you didn’t know existed!

The purpose of this 4- week program will be to provide quality instruction on the techniques and training that are necessary for young athletes to reach their full potential! Speed training, power, and agility in addition to strength training are the essential elements for success in EVERY sport! With increased awareness of how and why to get those most of these 4 elements, your athlete will be able to increase their potential in their respective sport.


Format: This class will meet 2 times a week on Mondays and Wednesdays starting at 5:30pm. This program includes 2, 1-hour sessions a week for 4 weeks, that will be challenging but not exhaustive. This program is designed to kick-start athletes into their respective sport by working to establish desirable movement patterns.
